1. What we collect

Your email address — to deliver your song and let you sign in.

The details in your brief — the occasion, recipient name, story, style, and any notes you write. These are the heart of your song.

An optional cover photo, if you choose to upload one.

Basic usage data — anonymous analytics that help us understand and improve the service.

2. How we use it

We use your information to generate and deliver your song, to send transactional emails (like “your song is ready”), and to improve ReadyMuse. We do not sell your personal information.

3. AI processing

To create your song, the text of your brief is sent to our AI providers, which generate the lyrics and music. Please avoid including sensitive personal information you wouldn’t want processed this way.

4. Service providers

We share data only with the providers that run the service, and only to provide it: kie.ai (AI lyrics and music generation), Resend (email), Neon (database), Vercel (hosting), our media storage, and—only if you accept analytics cookies—Google Analytics. Each processes data on our behalf.

5. Retention

Free demos expire after a limited preview period. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing us.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. With your permission, Google Analytics may set analytics cookies to measure page views and product-funnel events in aggregate. We do not send your name, email address, or brief content to Google. You can accept, decline, or later change this choice through “Cookie settings” in the footer. We do not use analytics cookies for advertising or ad personalization.

7. Your rights

You can request access to, or deletion of, your personal data. Just email us and we’ll take care of it.

8. Children

ReadyMuse is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
